If you’re like many people, you’re busy, you have lots of commitments, and you have limited time to work out…and yet you’re still acutely aware of the importance of looking after your health, fitness and wellbeing. When it comes to fitness and working out, the gym is not for everyone. You can still achieve amazing reZults without the gym. This is why I've created this unique personal training service.
With this type of training, you will choose whether you want to meet in your own home or outside in one of the local parks or other recreational area. Here, I can guide you through an individualized exercise program guaranteed to produce results.
Fitness Boot Camps!
If you have a group (wedding party, coworkers, friends with similar goals, etc.) who want to get fit, contact me and we can schedule a private 4–8 week boot camp to get you fit faster than you ever imagined.
