SAFETY PROTOCOLS TO KEEP YOU HEALTHY​

COVID Precautions

Precautions 
​I wear a mask to protect your health. You may also be encouraged or required to wear mask. 
Cleaning Protocols 
I am being diligent about washing my hands between clients to help limit the spread. ​I will sanitize all equipment before and after use. 
Social Distancing 
Indoors, I will maintain a social distance of 6’ when possible. Outside, I will remain 6’ distance at all times.
Community Safety
Please cancel your session if you have a temperature, cough or any other Coronavirus symptoms.
​For the health and safety of our community, I’m utilizing social distancing practices, cleaning process and other safety measures to align with CDC guidelines.

Hi, I am Sara Sheets, the owner of ReZults Personal Fitness in Fort Collins. I’ve been motivating clients through my personal training since 2005 and I LOVE what I do!
