Stretching is often the most underutilized component of an exercise routine. ​Assisted Stretching Techniques

​Assisted stretching with a personal trainer mainly focuses on isometric holds – allowing muscle fibers to rest and pull from both ends of the muscles that are contracting. Assisted stretching allows your body to relax more because it’s not engaging other muscles to perform the work. 

Dynamic Stretching, like arm swings, and active stretching is where you assume a position and then hold it with no assistance may also be incorporated.

  • 1/2 to 1 hour Initial Consultation (Mandatory)
  • 45–60 Minute In-Home Individual Session
  • 45–60 Minute Outdoor Individual Session
  • 45–60 Minute Gym Individual Session (Genesis Health Clubs)

Train with me at the Genesis Health Club in Fort Collins! If you prefer a gym setting I train with clients Genesis Monday through Friday. You MUST be a member in order to train with me at Genesis Health Club. Your Genesis membership includes working with me as your personal trainer, the use of cardio and weight training equipment, group fitness classes, and much more!
